  • We sell dietary supplements designed to support general health and wellness.

  • Product images and descriptions on giminutra.com are provided for convenience; actual products may differ slightly.

  • We may update product information, discontinue items, or restrict quantities without notice.

  • All products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

  • Orders placed on giminutra.com constitute an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our sole discretion.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, resale, or misuse.

  • All sales are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Orders placed through unauthorized channels are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or customer support.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Recurring Deliveries: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Giminutra to automatically process repeat deliveries according to the subscription frequency and duration you select.
  • Payment Authorization: You authorize Giminutra to securely store your payment details and charge your designated payment method for each delivery, unless you have prepaid in advance.
  • Auto-Renewal: Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. 
  • Cancellation:
    • You may cancel a subscription at any time prior to the processing of your next scheduled order.
    • Cancellations must be made through your account management portal or the cancellation link included in your order confirmation emails.
    • Cancellation requests received after an order has been processed or shipped will apply to future orders only.

    5. Non-Subscription / One-Time Orders

    Non-Subscription / One-Time Orders

    • Cancellation Window: One-time orders placed through www.giminutra.com may only be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase, provided the order is still in NEW status and has not been processed for fulfillment.
    • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, you must email our support team at orders@giminutra.com immediately with your order number. Please note that canceling an order directly from your account profile does not guarantee cancellation, as all orders must also be canceled within our fulfillment partner’s system.
    • When Cancellation is not possible:
      • If the order has already been accepted, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
      • If the item has been added to a batch for labeling or packaging, cancellation is no longer possible.
    • Refund Method:
      • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
      • Please note that original shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are non-refundable.
      • In the event of a partial cancellation, refunds will only apply to the canceled items.
    • Discretion to Deny: Giminutra reserves the right to deny cancellation or refund requests that fall outside the 30 minute cancellation window or where an order has already been processed by our fulfillment partner. 
    • Investigation Rights: We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive cancellation requests and may decline refunds accordingly.

    6. PRICES, PAYMENTS & BILLING

    • Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

    • Prices exclude taxes, shipping, duties, and handling unless explicitly stated.

    • By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that funds are available.

    • We may adjust pricing, discounts, or promotions at any time without notice.

    7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    • Delivery estimates on giminutra.com are provided for convenience only and are not guarantees.

    • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of products to the shipping carrier.

    • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

    8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You and Giminutra, LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of New Jersey for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
