At Giminutra, we want your wellness journey to go as smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find our shipping policy and everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Shipping Locations

  • United States (50 States): We currently ship to all U.S. states, excluding Guam and U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

  • Canada: We are pleased to offer shipping to Canada.

  • Other International Destinations: At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S. or Canada. We look forward to expanding worldwide in the future.

Carriers & Delivery Times

  • United States Orders: Shipped via USPS Standard. Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days after processing.

  • Canada Orders: Shipped via FedEx. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after processing.

  • International: We look forward to expanding worldwide in the future.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs inspections (for Canadian orders), or factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders $50 and over. 
    A flat shipping fee will apply to orders under $50 at check out.

  • Canada: A flat shipping fee will apply to orders shipped to Canada. Import duties or taxes not included.

All shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

Fulfillment & Multiple Shipments

We operate through multiple warehouses across the U.S. As a result:

  • Orders may occasionally be split into two or more shipments if items are stored in different locations.

  • This will not affect your shipping cost, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, depending on the order size and complexity. (Excluding weekends and holidays)

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to refusal, failed delivery, or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at support@giminutra.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

  • Customs & Duties (Canada): Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply for Canadian shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
