Wellness was never new to me. I grew up in the Caribbean, where plant medicine and taking care of your body weren't trends, they were just how we lived. My grandmother didn't call it adaptogens. She called it bush tea.

My time in healthcare changed everything. I was surrounded by people who understood the body but were running on empty, including me. So I went back to my early traditions, this time with the science to understand why they worked.

I didn't build Giminutra because I had all the answers. I built it because I saw the same system breaking everyone around me, and I refused to accept that depletion was the cost of a modern life.
