This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated by reference into Giminutra’s Terms of Service and governs cancellation rights for specific purchase types offered on www.giminutra.com (the “Site”). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

1. Subscriptions

  • Recurring Deliveries: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Giminutra to automatically process repeat deliveries according to the subscription frequency and duration you select.
  • Payment Authorization: You authorize Giminutra to securely store your payment details and charge your designated payment method for each delivery, unless you have prepaid in advance.
  • Auto-Renewal: Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
  • Cancellation:
    • You may cancel a subscription at any time prior to the processing of your next scheduled order. See more details on how subscriptions work.
    • Cancellations must be made through your account management portal or the cancellation link included in your order confirmation emails.
    • Cancellation requests received after an order has been processes or shipped will apply to future orders only. 
  • Refunds: Subscription orders already processes and shipped are not eligible for cancellation but may qualify under our Refund & Return Policy.

Non-Subscription / One-Time Orders

Non-Subscription / One-Time Orders

  • Cancellation Window: One-time orders placed through www.giminutra.com may only be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase, provided the order is still in NEW status and has not been processed for fulfillment.
  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, you must email our support team at orders@giminutra.com immediately with your order number. Please note that canceling an order directly from your account profile does not guarantee cancellation, as all orders must also be canceled within our fulfillment partner’s system.
  • When Cancellation is not possible:
    • If the order has already been accepted, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
    • If the item has been added to a batch for labeling or packaging, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Refund Method:
    • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
    • Please note that original shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are non-refundable.
    • In the event of a partial cancellation, refunds will only apply to the canceled items.
  • Discretion to Deny: Giminutra reserves the right to deny cancellation or refund requests that fall outside the 30 minute cancellation window or where an order has already been processed by our fulfillment partner. 
  • Investigation Rights: We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive cancellation requests and may decline refunds accordingly.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Definition: A pre-order is the purchase of an item not currently in inventory but expected to become available at a later date.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Giminutra may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at the time of checkout.
    • If a partial deposit is collected, you authorize Giminutra to charge the remaining balance automatically when the product is ready to ship.
  • Cancellation:
    • You may cancel a pre-order at anytime prior to fulfillment and shipment.
    • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and transferred to a carrier, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds: Pre-order refunds, where applicable, will be issued according to our Refund & Return Policy.

3. General Terms

  • No Admission of Liability: In no event will any replacement, cancellation, or refund constitute an admission of liability, fault, or wrongdoing by Giminutra.
  • Right to Investigate: Giminutra reserves the right to investigate, deny, or limit cancellation or refund requests if fraudulent, abusive, or excessive activity is suspected.
  • Policy Integration: This Policy must be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy, all of which collectively govern your rights and obligations.
  • Modifications: Giminutra may amend or update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on www.giminutra.com.
